 A boundary survey defines the corners and boundary lines of a specific land parcel. Weber commonly conducts boundary retracement surveys to help homeowners locate property corners and boundaries.

For a boundary retracement survey, we thoroughly research public and private records, plot property deeds and adjoining parcels, and review previous surveys. We then visit the site to locate existing property markers and use this information to accurately establish and mark the property corners.

Construction stakeout is a critical step for excavators and builders before and throughout the construction process. At Weber, our team performs precise office calculations to ensure the accurate placement of stakes in the field. These stakes are essential for establishing alignment and grade for projects such as roads, buildings, underground utility lines, and other site improvements. Weber has a specialized survey team experienced in all aspects of construction stakeout services. 

Our  topographic surveys provide detailed information about a parcel of land including spot elevations and ground contours. Once the field work is completed and we have collected all the necessary data, we provide a detailed and accurate base map that can be used in land development planning, subsurface utility design, or a number of other engineering purposes.  

 ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys are often required for real estate transactions by title insurers and lenders. Prepared to ALTA and NSPS standards, these surveys identify property boundaries, easements, encumbrances, and site improvements, with additional details such as zoning, elevations, and utilities available when required. We work closely with our clients to deliver accurate surveys that meet all applicable standards and regulations.
